Jennifer Fleisher

Hey there! I'm Jen, your fitness instructor who stumbled into this amazing world quite accidentally! While killing time during my daughter's dance classes, I started taking fitness classes myself and got completely hooked. My friend Vanessa eventually convinced me to get certified, and here I am!

When I'm not helping you crush your fitness goals, I work as a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Westminster, helping children with various disabilities improve their communication skills. I'm a Jersey girl at heart who studied at Loyola in Maryland for my undergrad and Emerson in Boston for my master's.

I've been married to my husband Dave for over 20 years, and we have two awesome kids. My son Harris is a freshman at Duquesne University pursuing a PharmD, shredding on guitar, and sharing my love for fitness. My daughter Reghan is a junior at Glenelg High School, juggling life as a dancer, Varsity cheerleader, and Starbucks barista extraordinaire.

In my downtime, you'll find me walking my dog Riley, experimenting in the kitchen, relaxing at the beach, diving into a good book, or unwinding with friends over a glass of red wine. I believe fitness should be fun and accessible to everyone, and I can't wait to see you in class! Come as you are – we'll sweat, laugh, and get stronger together!
