Back by popular demand—our annual Foam Rolling Hot Cocoa Party is HERE! Because nothing says "holiday prep" quite like releasing tension with foam rolling followed by cozy cocoa with friends.

Join Instructor Mandy for a candlelit foam rolling session that melts away stress, increases flexibility, and leaves you feeling absolutely amazing. Then stick around for our festive cocoa bar where the real magic happens! 🍫
