Megan Remmel

I joined Freedom Fitness in 2004 right after my son was born. I was looking for a place to work out, and I found so much more - friends, laughter, challenging classes, and a second job - fitness instructor!

During the day I teach 8th grade English, yes this has prepared me for dealing with some of the rowdier members of my 5 o'clock Sweat & Shred class!
